I must say … I’ve wondered what Xaphoon and Chiddy are doing, since they clearly aren’t putting out an album any time soon (I kid, I kid). If this is what’s going on in the meantime, by all means boys do your thing. I’m not altogether sure how I feel about Xaphoon’s second producer-rolled mixtape installation yet. I’ve heard only a few tracks and have enjoyed them all, but I’ve yet to hear it all the way through and I’m a firm believer that an album can’t be judged until it’s listened to start to finish. However, this track in particular has hit me hard. Although I’m not the first (nor the last) to say that this particular Jackson 5 sample has been used a little too liberally across the mashup genre as of late, I’m still super into it.
